Refund Policy

In this section, we explain how we treat accidential or unwanted transactions on our platform. The input transactions we conduct on our platform is a top-up of you account using a third-party Paypal or Monetbil embed hence the following policies are to be considered when conducting a top-up transaction:

  1. We do not consider any top-up transaction as an accidential transaction because we do not save any PayPal credentials as a transaction is being conducted.
  2. If an unwanted or accidential transaction occurs, then the account of the user doing the transaction is to be investigated.
  3. If any of our user accounts uses a fraudulent or hacked PayPal account, he/she is banned from our platform with immediate effect & we will refund the stolen funds from the respective PayPal accounts.

On the other hand, when any of our users requests a withdrawal of funds from his account, he is prompted to enter his login credentials of our platform for security measures before validating the request. Once the request is validated, an email containing a confirmation link for the transaction is sent to the user for further clearance. This is to avoid that the request for withdrawal of funds from a user's account is not fraudulent or hacked
