This policy is what information we collect when you use LootyClub's website. It also has information about how we store, use, transfer, and delete that information. Our aim is to earn your trust.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

In order to provide a secure and trustworthy platform to our users, upon signup to our platform users are to provide some important personal infromation (full name, date of birth, email address, phone number) which are used to identify users individually. We mainly use this information to identify, notify & contact users individually. We don't really personal contact with our users hence sensitive information such as gender are irrelevant.

We also collect your PayPal Account email information upon requesting a withdrawal of some funds. Although this information is processed by our Third-Party Paypal service, we don't hold on to it so it is always prompt to the user to enter a Paypal account.

Information Storage & Security

Each user account is protected by a password only an individual user knows & memorizes. Always logout after using our platform to ensure that no one breaches into your account when absent. On our side, our databases are well secured & protected by Google Firebase hence rest assured an incident cannot occur on our side if not a server downfall.

Third Party Embed

We use PayPal as a third-party service to conduct our financial transactions. This PayPal service ensures efficient security while conducting transactions on our website. In addition to Paypal, we also use MonetBil Developer Services to conduct our mobile payment transactions. We only collect relevant information about a mobile transaction after successful payment which means MonetBil deals with the data needed to conduct a payment.
